Pals4Paws stepped in to provide financial assistance to the Beaverhead Animal Shelter in Dillon, Montana. This shelter had a large intake of several litters of boxer puppies (as well as the adult dogs) from one home. The puppies were malnourished and suffered from a combination of ailments (intestinal parasites, Coccidia, Giardia, and Parvovirus). Many of the puppies required hospitalization to survive. The resulting veterinary bills (over $10,000) took a huge toll on the shelter's veterinary budget.
Fortunately, all pups and adult dogs survived and have been adopted to good homes. We are so pleased to support Beaverhead Animal Shelter!
Lucky Bunny Rescue reached out to Pals4Paws to help with hay, feed, and spay and neuter surgeries for their bunnies. We were happy to step in and provide the financial support needed to help these bunnies on their way to finding their forever homes.

Pals4Paws was able to recently provide a grant to All Hearts Rescue in Polson, MT. This amazing small rescue took in a badly injured mama dog (who they named Ellie) and her 9 puppies (among others). Ellie needed extensive veterinary care, but is recovering well and 8 of the 9 puppies have been adopted.
Our grant provided funds for Ellie's veterinary care and spay/neuter surgeries. We can't think of a better way to start the 2022 New Year than helping deserving animals like Ellie!
Update: Mama Ellie healed well and all pups were adopted to great furever homes!
With your help and donations we can continue to assist incredible small rescues like All Hearts Rescue!

PSGR has been operating for 21 years rescuing goats (and some alpacas and sheep) from slaughterhouses, auctions, and assisting animal control with abuse and neglect cases. They give these incredibly social and loving animals all of the care and rehabilitation they need for as long as they need it. They help adopt them to wonderful homes. They already took in a record number of goats in the first few months of 2022 and reached out for help with their astronomical feed bill. Pals4Paws was thrilled to help this amazing organization with a grant.
